📋 Description

• Lead pricing strategy across acquisition and retail channels to boost profitability.
• Build and lead a cross-functional pricing team (analysts & data scientists).
• Design and maintain a pricing matrix forecasting margin and sell-through.
• Partner with Data Engineering to power pricing with robust data pipelines.
• Oversee pricing and conversion for 10,000+ weekly offers and 250k+ customer offers.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 5+ years in quantitative trading, investment banking, or pricing.
• Forecasting, margin modeling, and pricing-elasticity analysis.
• Proven ability to build and lead a high-caliber analytical team.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data-visualization tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and storytelling for executive audiences.
