📋 Description

• Lead Passport's processing center operations, owning day-to-day execution across safety, quality
• Build the next generation of our processing center network, including launching and scaling our
• Create structure in ambiguous environments, identifying what needs to be measured, where
• Develop high-performing leaders, directly managing three OPC Managers (one Lead) and three
• Own the processing center operations P&L, balancing customer experience, operational
• Create the operating system for scale by implementing standardized KPIs, operating rhythms, SOPs

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years leading high-volume processing center, warehouse, distribution, parcel, manufacturing
• Experience leading multi-site warehouse operations with responsibility for performance, people
• Built, launched, expanded, or transformed warehouse/processing center operations
• Strong foundation in Lean, Industrial Engineering, Six Sigma, or related continuous improvement
• Implemented warehouse automation or material handling systems
• Analytical with data, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive decisions
