Director of Procurement

📋 Description

• Lead procurement function from the ground up, establishing policies and governance.
• Build and manage a small team with growth potential.
• Drive sourcing strategy and vendor management across departments.
• Oversee contract management and RFx events, negotiations, and spend controls.
• Implement procurement technology (P2P, CLM) integrated with NetSuite and LinkSquares.
• Partner with Legal and Finance to align procurement with contracts and systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership/people-management role.
• Proven track record building procurement functions from scratch and scaling them.
• Experience implementing or managing procurement/P2P software platforms (e.g., LinkSquares
• Strong negotiation, vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus).
