📋 Description

• Own banking product strategy across onboarding, processing, treasury, and issuance.
• Drive execution from discovery to launch with measurable outcomes.
• Turn cross-functional challenges into clear requirements and plans.
• Hands-on with PRDs, specs, and user stories; address data, ledgering, and regulatory issues.
• Build scalable product discovery, prioritization, and launch processes.
• Hire, coach, and retain product managers globally.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–18 years in product leadership, 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep banking/payments experience at scale.
• Domain breadth: onboarding, processing, ACH, RTP, checks, cross-border, multi-currency.
• Risk/compliance with fraud controls and regulatory experience.
• Treasury and card program familiarity for revenue impact.
• Financial infra knowledge: ledgering, reconciliation, controls.
