📋 Description

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution of lifecycle experiences to maximize customer value.
• Oversee product teams and influence cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end customer journey across digital, contact centers, agents, marketing channels, and
• Establish roadmaps and investment priorities delivering value throughout the lifecycle.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Drive AI-enabled, personalized, data-driven experiences to improve engagement and service

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Product Management, Digital Experience, Loyalty, or related fields.
• 5+ years leading Product Managers, Product Owners, or senior professionals.
• Proven success in lifecycle, engagement, retention, loyalty, or experience strategies at scale.
• Strong metrics: retention, NPS, customer satisfaction, engagement, or CLV.
• Omnichannel customer experience across digital, assisted, contact center, and partner environments.
• Experience leading large cross-functional initiatives across business, technology, and operations.
