📋 Description

• Lead design for the core conversion funnel — landing experiences, application flows, underwriting
• Lead, mentor, and grow a small but mighty team of product designers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and Brand to deliver
• Raise the bar for the design practice across: design systems and craft, accessibility
• Partner with adjacent design functions, such as Performance Creative and Brand, to create a

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product design (UX) experience, including several years leading multi-person design
• Proven ability to design for complex, decision-heavy user journeys in b2c journeys. industries like
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, user motivation, and behavior design principles.
• Demonstrated experience turning ambiguity into clarity — structuring complex information and
• Skilled at team and stakeholder communication — you make design rationale clear, measurable, and

🎁 Benefits

• US-based base salary range: $183,000 - $323,000.
