6+ years in product management (B2B platforms/markets/cloud)
3+ years leading and developing product managers
Proven revenue/GMV growth from products or portfolios
Strong commercial judgment on packaging, incentives, partner motions
Ability to operate at strategy and execution levels; influence execs
Experience with cloud marketplaces (AWS/Azure/GCP/Salesforce) or multi-party commerce
