📋 Description

• Partner with senior leadership to own multi-year product vision for Forecasting & Deal
• Translate strategy and customer insights into a prioritized product roadmap
• Synthesize competitive dynamics into clear narratives aligning cross-functional teams
• Define and own success metrics; report results to leadership
• Drive AI-powered product development with data science and ML teams
• Champion AI adoption within the PM team from research to launch

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in product management in B2B SaaS/enterprise
• 3+ years in senior/director PM role
• Deep understanding of sales tech, CRM, revenue ops, forecasting
• Proficient in AI in SaaS; experience taking models to production
• Proven ability to lead complex product areas end-to-end
• Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence
