📋 Description

• Lead product areas for money movement infra and identity.
• Collaborate with CTO; guide engineering leads; own strategy and delivery.
• Own ramps: funding/payouts across rails, crypto, stablecoins.
• Own identity: reusable identity infra, onboarding, attestations.
• Balance customer experience, tech complexity, reg needs and cost.
• Partner with compliance, finance, ops, and providers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product management with senior leadership.
• Proven ownership of business and product outcomes.
• Experience leading engineers or engineering managers.
• Strong shipping track record on complex tech products.
• Deep understanding of blockchain/crypto payments.
• Direct crypto on/off-ramps and banking integrations.
