Director of Product Security

📋 Description

• Lead and grow the Product Security program end-to-end
• Partner with Engineering early in design/architecture to bake security in
• Own threat modeling, secure code/architecture review, and vulnerability mgmt
• Build tools/services to enable secure product velocity
• Oversee Penetration Testing and Red Team outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Outcome-based leadership with focus on reducing risk
• Strong partnership with Engineering; enable safe product decisions
• Technical depth across threat modeling, SCA/SAST, secret scanning, CSPM
• Experience with AI-augmented security workflows
• Growth-stage leadership in cloud-native environments (GCP, Kubernetes/GKE)
