Director of Production Engineering

📋 Description

• Hands-on leadership for DevOps/SRE with AWS, EKS, RDS
• Build reliable, secure, scalable production infrastructure
• Drive automation, IaC, and incident management
• Set OKRs for infrastructure reliability, automation, and security
• Lead security operations and ensure audit-readiness
• Collaborate across engineering and IT teams for standards and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 8-12 years in DevOps/SRE or production infra; people mgmt exp
• Hands-on AWS production workloads (EKS, RDS, VPC, IAM, S3)
• SecOps experience: vulnerability mgmt, incident response
• 5+ yrs observability experience (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
• IaC and CI/CD: Terraform/CloudFormation, automation
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Bash; Git and test pipelines
