📋 Description

• Finance partner to R&D leadership (Engineering, Product, Strategy)
• Own budgeting for R&D orgs; build financial models and analyses
• Model scenarios to accelerate growth and hit financial targets
• Support executive decision-making with analyses on product strategy, partnerships, pricing, and
• Lead a small team supporting budgeting, modeling, and project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance
• 8+ years in strategic/corporate finance, investment banking, or high-growth tech finance
• Experience leveraging AI to automate processes
• Experience partnering with R&D or GTM teams in tech/SaaS
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership in fast-paced environments
• Excellent in PowerPoint and data visualization (Power BI or similar)
