Own end-to-end resource management: staffing strategy, capacity planning, and deployment across engagements.
Admin staffing platform (Salesforce/Retain): data integrity, forecasting, reporting.
Develop and refine capacity plan to anticipate staffing gaps.
Partner with Practice Leads and leadership to align staffing with client needs and firm priorities.
Design scalable staffing workflows, SOPs, and playbooks for growth.
Establish and report key workforce metrics for executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in resource management, staffing ops, or workforce planning.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce PSA/Resource Management or Retain.
Deep understanding of consulting lifecycles, role hierarchies, and utilization economics.
Proven ability to build or scale a staffing/resource management function.
