Director of Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Lead Roo’s first Revenue Ops function, spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support alignment
• Own HubSpot system of record; drive architecture, automation, and governance
• Forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and SLA-driven intake patterns to shift from firefighting to
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Revenue-facing teams to improve efficiency and predictability
• Build and mentor a small Rev Ops team; expand scope to Marketing and Customer Support over time
• Apply AI-first approaches to reduce toil while ensuring strong human review

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Strategy; 5+ years leading teams
• Hands-on builder with track record standing up or rebuilding ops capabilities
• Strong CRM/GTM systems knowledge; ability to architect, automate, and govern at scale
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS on capacity, lead management, and conversion
• Deep experience forecasting, pipeline frameworks, data integrity, and attribution
• Familiarity with revenue/unit economics and modern RevOps tooling; AI/LLM experience a plus
