📋 Description

• Lead IT security strategy in a SaaS environment.
• Develop policies, risk assessments, and security programs.
• Own compliance posture across GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC2.
• Report security posture to senior management with metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Security Leadership
• 10+ years in compliance, security engineering, identity management, and security architecture
• Technical security leadership and team management
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical execs
• Nice-to-have: SaaS security leadership, CISSP/CISA/CISM
