Director of Service & Construction

📋 Description

• Lead and support operations from a leadership level with budgets, P&Ls, KPIs, and reporting.
• Engage with property and regional teams in person and remotely (CMs, SMs, GMs, RPMs, VPs, DOOs
• Travel frequently to properties regionally and to national meetings.
• Develop internal bench for ST, SM, and ASM positions.
• Oversee acquisition/disposition processes including PCA reviews and inspections.
• Lead post-acquisition renovations and ensure compliance with regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in property management, construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field
• 4-6 years of multifamily or facilities maintenance/operations experience.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects independently.
