7+ years of experience in software development, including 3+ years in engineering management or
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong understanding of modern software architecture, modularization, service decomposition, and
Experience scaling engineering teams, especially across multiple products or acquisitions.
Proven ability to define and lead development practices, tooling, and metrics to improve
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with product, R&D, and cross-functional teams.
