📋 Description

• Lead and manage software engineering teams responsible for multiple product families, establishing
• Define and continuously improve modern software development practices, including version control
• Own the engineering organization’s AI adoption strategy, evaluating AI-assisted development tools
• Promote an AI-first, growth-oriented engineering culture that encourages experimentation
• Drive measurable improvements in engineering throughput, release cadence, quality, and reliability
• Partner with Product Management and R&D leadership to translate product roadmaps and customer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 7 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in engineering management
• Demonstrated experience operating at Director-level scope, including defining engineering strategy
• Strong ability to anticipate technical and organizational challenges, make timely decisions, and
• Proven experience modernizing legacy development environments and guiding engineering teams through
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles, including modularization, service
