• Build and lead our pre-sales solutions engineering function.
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing SE team.
• Establish scalable processes for pre-sales engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align tech with outcomes.
• Represent Decagon as a senior technical leader in opportunities.
• Drive demonstrations, prototypes, and solution architectures.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in pre-sales technical roles (Solutions Architect, SE, etc.).
• 3+ years leading pre-sales/solutions teams.
• Experience with enterprise AI deployments and API integrations.
• Strong exec-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of enterprise AI patterns and integration strategies.
• Executive presence and ability to work in fast-growth environments.
