📋 Description

• Establish and manage unified enterprise intake for strategic initiatives.
• Lead complex enterprise initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Governance with stage-gate reviews, health checks, steering meetings.
• Translate business needs to requirements and align with tech delivery.
• Identify process optimization and AI opportunities with measurable outcomes.
• Develop program managers and escalate blockers/risks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
• 8+ years in operations, enterprise transformation, PM, or related leadership.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with cross-functional accountability.
• Proven success delivering complex initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Bridge business and tech; translate objectives into actionable requirements.
• Strong analytics, communication, and executive presentation skills.
