Lead strategic transformation for BU API, bridging strategy and execution.
Collaborate with Transformation Lead to ground strategic intent in delivery reality.

Serve as thought partner to Head of Transformation on complex challenges.

🎯 Requirements

7 to 10 years in strategy, transformation, or management consulting (tech/telecom/SaaS preferred).
Experience at the intersection of strategy and execution; end-to-end transformation programs.
Senior advisory experience (Chief of Staff or equivalent).
Strong analytical, storytelling, and executive-level communication skills.
Familiarity with transformation tools like Wave or similar portfolio tracking.
Proactive, fast-paced mindset with agility in evolving priorities.
