🎯 Requirements

7 to 10 years in strategy, transformation, or management consulting
Experience at intersection of strategy and execution in tech/telecom/SaaS/CPaaS
Chief of Staff or senior advisory background
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with OKR governance and executive reporting
Strong analytical and storytelling skills for senior audiences
Familiarity with transformation tools like Wave or similar
