Director of Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain across Purchasing, Planning, and Inventory Management
• Define operating models and interfaces with other teams
• Ensure tools, capabilities, and capacity to meet objectives
• Oversee phased build-out as volume and production grow
• Hybrid on-site role in San Jose, CA (3 days/week)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in progressive supply chain roles; 5+ years leading teams
• Manufacturing experience in high-mix, regulated hardware (aerospace/satellite preferred)
• Proven ability to establish operating models, processes, and KPIs
• Deep expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, MRP, and inventory management
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to align supply chain with engineering velocity
