📋 Description

• Launch Tap to Phone line from scratch; define vision and strategy.
• Develop GTM and marketing plan for the new business.
• Build the product financial model and unit economics.
• Build and lead a cross-functional team (≈5) across product, engineering, and delivery.
• Leverage existing infra and licenses to speed market entry.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or higher is preferred.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Proven experience launching and scaling new products from scratch.
• Strong background in fintech, payments, or acquiring.
• Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
