Lead the technical accounting function for a high-growth AI infrastructure company
Define accounting policy and financial reporting standards
Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, FP&A and other teams on complex transactions
Support close processes and prepare investor reporting and audits
Build scalable processes and documentation standards
Drive SOX readiness and internal control enhancements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required
12+ years progressive accounting experience; mix of Big 4 and in-house
Deep expertise across ASC 606, 842, 360, 470/835, 805, 718, 505, and 808
Experience with investor-facing reporting at a high-growth or late-stage private company
Familiarity with AI infra models and data center-related accounting is a plus
Strong written communication; ability to draft technical memos and disclosures
