  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global training strategy aligned with cell therapy programs
  • Build role-specific onboarding, certification, and continuous learning pathways for Medical
  • Independently create high-quality training content while managing external vendors and resources.
  • Develop and deliver training covering disease states, unmet medical needs, CAR T product design and
  • Plan and facilitate virtual and onsite onboarding, certification, and refresher programs for field
  • Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, CMC, Regulatory, Quality

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Advanced degree required, such as APN, PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least 5 years in Medical Affairs leadership or Medical Training roles.
  • Direct experience in cell therapy and/or gene therapy strongly preferred.
  • Experience in neuroscience, neurology, and/or immunology strongly preferred.
  • Experience launching advanced therapies strongly preferred.
