📋 Description

• Team Leadership: Build and coach a PH-based payroll team.
• End-to-End Payroll: Manage full payroll lifecycle across 15+ US states.
• Multi-State Tax Compliance: Lead withholding, filing, and reconciliation.
• Payroll Systems Ownership: SME for ADP Workforce Now and integrations.
• Tax Registration & Filings: Manage new state tax IDs and compliance.
• Audit & Notice Management: Respond to tax notices and year-end tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years US multi-state payroll with 3+ in leadership
• Experience building PH-based payroll team
• Deep US multi-state tax compliance (SUTA/FUTA, FICA, W-2/W-3)
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; strong English communication
• Comfort working 10:00 PM–7:00 AM PHST to align with US hours
