🎯 Requirements

8+ years US multi-state payroll experience, 3+ years in people leadership
Experience building/scaling a PH-based payroll team
Deep US multi-state tax compliance expertise (SUTA/FUTA, FICA, W-2/W-3, state nexus)
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Power Query
Excellent English communication; able to translate tax topics for US stakeholders
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance or related field
