📋 Description

• Lead offensive security program across apps, cloud, and enterprise systems.
• Direct pentesting, red teaming, AI security testing.
• Build scalable AI security testing and risk assessment.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams in pentesting, red team, and AI security testing.
• Define and execute the offensive security strategy and roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in information security; 5+ in Offensive Security; 3+ in development/engineering.
• Lead offensive security programs in SaaS and cloud environments.
• Direct pentesting, red teaming, AI security testing, vulnerability research, and bug bounty.
• Establish standards, metrics, governance to drive risk reduction.
• Manage external testing vendors and bug bounty programs; oversee internal teams.
• Translate security findings into business risk; communicate to leadership.
