📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide optimization efforts and strategic transformation initiatives across AbbVie
• Drive AI-enabled, data-driven business capabilities to advance customer engagement and operating
• Coordinate with Marketing, Analytics, Brand Excellence, Medical, Commercial Operations, and
• Design and implement programs to optimize cross-functional processes and deliver measurable impact.
• Advance LOOP readiness and adoption integrating people, process, data, technology, and governance.
• Embed LOOP principles into planning and business processes across functions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in analytics, business strategy, operations, or transformation.
• Proven success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and executive communication.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse functions.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making experience.
• Experience with organizational transformation, change management, and process optimization.
