Director, Order to Cash

📋 Description

• Lead a 3–5 person billing and collections team
• Own end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle from renewal/new sale to cash application
• Oversee invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and data integrity in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Product
• Provide executive reporting on AR, collections, and cash flow trends

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in billing/collections/revenue operations with 5+ years leading a team
• Hands-on NetSuite experience (invoicing, AR, reconciliation, reporting)
• Experience with Salesforce as CRM/billing system of record
• Understanding of accounting principles and GL impact of billing events
• Proven ability to design, document, and optimize processes; strong communication skills
• Experience presenting to senior leadership; ability to build executive-facing dashboards

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary: $141,000–$175,000/year
