🎯 Requirements

7+ years of Paid Search experience
Experience managing budgets of at least $1MM monthly
Proven leadership with 3+ years of management and direct reports
Experience with YouTube, App Campaigns, Performance Max, Demand Gen
Strong presentation skills; advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with bid management platforms (e.g., SA360, Skai, Marin)
