📋 Description

• Lead Paid Search strategy across large accounts
• Collaborate cross-functionally with channel teams
• Present strategy, performance, and priorities to clients
• Hybrid planning: forecasting, testing, reporting
• Define roles/responsibilities for Paid Search teams
• Manage pacing to hit target spend

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years Paid Search experience
• Strong POV on AI/automation in search
• Experience managing $1MM+ monthly ad spend
• Leading strategy for B2B Lead Gen
• Experience with YouTube, Performance Max, Shopping
• Excellent presentation & Excel/Sheets skills
