📋 Description

• Lead the development, optimization, and growth of a strategic partner ecosystem by evaluating
• Audit and rationalize the partner portfolio, assess performance, and improve partner management
• Build and maintain relationships with channel, technology, and strategic alliance partners; act as
• Design and implement partner programs, including referral models, enablement, certifications, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8–12+ years in partner development, strategic alliances, or ecosystem management within healthcare
• Proven track record building and scaling partner ecosystems with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience managing channel and technology partnerships with integrations, OEMs, or ISV ecosystems.
• Experience with communication infrastructure, UC, contact center platforms, CTI, or related
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, sales, and executives.
