• Develop partnerships strategy and operating model
• Collaborate with Sales, Talent Ops, Analytics, Product, Finance
• Bridge strategy with BAU processes for revenue growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 8+ years in partnerships or ops roles
• Experience in partnerships strategy/program mgmt
• Strong ownership and cross-functional skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Claude, Gemini, Slack, Google Suite
