📋 Description

• Lead and evolve the People Operations function to scale with the business.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, and leaders to deliver AI-enabled processes across
• Build a technology-enabled, self-service-first operation with clear roadmaps and governance.
• Oversee hiring lifecycle, onboarding, and ongoing employee lifecycle operations.
• Define KPIs, operating rhythms, and capacity planning to sustain hiring velocity and service

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 15+ years in HR/People Operations in complex or high-growth environments.
• 7+ years leading People Operations or HR Shared Services teams.
• Experience designing and scaling shared services and service delivery models.
• Proven track record of operational transformation, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong expertise in employee lifecycle operations, data governance, and compliance.
