📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day media strategy for pharmaceutical accounts
• Build connected HCP and DTC audience plans
• Collaborate with Applied Intelligence, Discoverability, Programmatic, and Social teams
• Guide campaign performance and translate data into optimizations
• Drive growth through differentiated pharma offerings and new business pitches
• Develop and mentor junior team members while staying current on industry shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of media experience with pharma marketing and HCP strategy
• Oncology experience across integrated HCP and DTC programs preferred
• Agile, adaptable, and collaborative with cross-functional teams
• Data-informed with understanding of patient-level data, MMM, attribution, and experimentation
• Strong communicator able to translate complex concepts into actionable recommendations
• Bonus: hands-on experience in programmatic, paid search, SEO/GEO, or paid social
