📋 Description

• Lead pharmacy trend forecasting and market surveillance.
• Monitor drug development pipeline across clinical, financial, regulatory, and formulary dimensions.
• Assess category changes and market trends to identify intervention opportunities.
• Develop multi-year trend mitigation roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Recommend formulary and channel management strategies to address cost pressures.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable leadership recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the United States.
• 10+ years in managed care, PBM, or health plan pharmacy with trend/cost-of-care experience.
• Strong quantitative analytics for interpreting utilization, trend, and financial data.
• Experience building business cases, pharmacoeconomic analyses, and ROI estimates.
• Knowledge of formulary management and pharmacoeconomics; PBM tools experience a plus.
