Director Planning & Scheduling (Syteline/CSI)

📋 Description

• Own and lead the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) process across multiple
• Analyze forecasts, inventory, capacity, and commitments to guide planning decisions.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and delivery requirements.
• Monitor SIOP performance indicators and inventory health.
• Manage safety stock targets and lead-time variability to meet service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and system utilization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration
• At least 7 years as a Master Scheduler or senior planning/scheduling role in manufacturing/ops.
• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline (planning, scheduling, MRP).
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, MRP/ERP, S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Excel, Microsoft Office, and data analysis proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence at the executive level.
