Director Planning & Scheduling (Syteline/CSI)

📋 Description

• Own and lead the monthly SIOP process, coordinating stakeholders to balance demand and supply.
• Analyze forecasts, inventory levels, capacity, and customer commitments to support planning
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and delivery needs.
• Monitor SIOP performance indicators like forecast accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Review safety stock and set targets based on volatility and lead times.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory while maintaining service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration
• 7+ years as a Master Scheduler or senior planning/scheduling role in manufacturing/ops.
• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline and its planning/MRP functionality.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management, MPS, and SIOP.
• ERP/MRP aptitude; Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
