Director Planning & Scheduling (Syteline/CSI)

📋 Description

• Own and lead monthly S&OP process across Sales, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and
• Analyze forecasts, inventory, capacity, and commitments to inform planning decisions.
• Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with objectives and delivery needs.
• Monitor SIOP performance indicators: forecast accuracy, safety stock, inventory health, on-time
• Review safety stock and set targets based on demand volatility and lead times.
• Identify opportunities to reduce excess inventory while maintaining service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Admin, Industrial Eng, or
• 7+ years as Master Scheduler or senior planning/scheduling in manufacturing or ops.
• Hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline, with strong planning/MRP
• Strong forecasting, inventory mgmt, MPS, and S&OP/SIOP knowledge.
• Lead-time management, safety stock calculations, scheduling, and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience in FDA/ISO-regulated manufacturing preferred.
