Director, PMO

📋 Description

• Lead a multidisciplinary regional delivery organization across Caribbean and Latin America.
• Own critical delivery and customer escalations; drive timely, effective resolutions with
• Develop and implement regional PMO and delivery strategy, governance, methodologies, standards, and
• Establish consistent delivery practices across professional services engagements to improve quality
• Oversee complex, high-value enterprise programs ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery
• Lead business reviews with strategic customers; present delivery performance, risks, opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 12 years in software, systems integration, technology services, or related fields.
• At least 8 years of leadership experience including performance management of professional services
• Proven experience leading large-scale global deployments (5,000+ seats).
• Extensive experience managing complex portfolios for large enterprise customers.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams using hybrid onshore/offshore delivery models.
