📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end procurement across the company—parts, services, indirect goods, and strategic
• Develop and implement a company-wide procurement strategy aligned with objectives.
• Standardize policies, governance, and compliance to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align procurement with broader strategy.
• Oversee national parts strategy, inventory management, and supplier relationships.
• Design and optimize procurement systems and workflows for scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, Finance or related field.
• 15+ years in procurement/supply chain with 10+ years in senior multi-location leadership.
• Expertise in procurement strategy, contract negotiation, vendor management, cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP/P2P platforms and procurement systems.
• Experience leading scalable procurement processes and system rollouts.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
