🎯 Requirements

12+ years shipping digital products end-to-end
5+ years leading product design teams
Bachelor’s in Design/HCI or equivalent
Proficiency with Figma, AI-native tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT), Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Jira/Confluence in Agile environments
Portfolio of mobile/web design
