📋 Description

• Own the product vision for data collection, transformation, and ingestion.
• Lead cross-functional teams; align priorities; communicate direction.
• Own the roadmap; deeply understand customers; translate insights into outcomes.
• Collaborate with Eng, Design, Analytics, and GTM to ship AI-enabled telemetry products.
• Shape AI strategy for this domain; identify AI value for customers' workflows.
• Manage PMs; coach, develop careers; drive cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• PM experience leading strategy across multiple teams.
• Experience directly managing PMs; coaching, performance, hiring, and career growth.
• Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud, observability, telemetry, and data pipelines.
• Strong AI instincts; identify AI value in technical products for developers and operators.
• Customer empathy and strategic judgment; translate problems into strategy and roadmaps.
• Cross-functional leadership and communication across engineering, design, GTM, and execs.
• Ability to create clarity in ambiguity; operate in globally distributed remote-first environment.
• BS/BA in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
