📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion for Grafana Cloud.
• Own the roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and deliver customer outcomes.
• Define AI-enabled product directions and how customers instrument data.
• Guide strategy across engineering, design, analytics, and GTM teams.
• Communicate tradeoffs and outcomes to customers and senior leadership.
• Shape a cohesive, scalable data path for telemetry signals.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Product Management leadership across multiple teams.
• Experience coaching PMs, performance management, and hiring.
• Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud, observability, telemetry.
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL, or large-scale data processing.
• Strong AI instincts for developer and operator users.
