📋 Description

• Lead vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion in Grafana Cloud
• Own the roadmap; align multiple teams across product, engineering, and GTM
• Define AI-enabled telemetry capabilities and data paths for customers
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams
• Grow and manage a team of Product Managers; drive high-quality outcomes
• Shape pricing, packaging, and field enablement strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Product Management experience across multiple teams or domains
• Experience directly managing Product Managers
• Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud platforms, observability, data pipelines
• Strong product instincts around AI and its value for developers/ops
• Customer empathy and strategic judgment
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field; strong cross-functional leadership
