Director, Product Management - Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingest

📋 Description

• Own the vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion
• Align multiple teams around clear priorities and tradeoffs
• Define data path for metrics, logs, traces, and profiling to enable fast querying
• Shape AI-enabled capabilities to improve instrumentation, cost, data quality, and troubleshooting
• Coach and develop Product Managers and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Communicate strategy to senior leadership, customers, and GTM teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant PM leadership across multiple teams or complex workflows
• Direct experience managing Product Managers and coaching teams
• Technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud, observability, and data pipelines
• Strong AI instincts for developer and operator products
• Customer empathy with ability to translate problems into strategy and roadmaps
• Cross-functional leadership with Eng, Design, GTM, and exec stakeholders
• BS/BA in CS or related field, or equivalent practical experience
