Director, Product Management - Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion

📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion.
• Own the roadmap and align multiple teams around priorities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Analytics, GTM to ship data products.
• Define AI-enabled strategies to improve instrumentation, cost, and data quality.
• Coach and develop Product Managers; manage stakeholders.
• Present strategy to senior leadership and customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant Product Management leadership across teams.
• Experience directly managing Product Managers (coaching, hiring).
• Strong fluency in infrastructure, cloud, observability, telemetry.
• Experience with AI-enabled products for developers and operators.
• Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• BS/BA in CS or related field, or equivalent.
