Director, Product Management - Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion

📋 Description

• Develop vision and strategy for Data Collection, Transformation, and Ingestion.
• Own roadmap; align multiple teams around priorities and outcomes.
• Define AI-enabled product strategy for observability and telemetry domains.
• Lead and coach a team of Product Managers; enable cross-functional delivery.
• Shape data paths for metrics, logs, traces, and telemetry signals.
• Collaborate with GTM for differentiation, pricing, and field enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant PM experience leading strategy across multiple teams and complex workflows.
• Direct experience managing PMs, coaching, feedback, hiring, and career development.
• Strong technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud, observability, telemetry, and data pipelines.
• Strong product instincts for AI-enabled experiences for developers and operators.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication with stakeholders.
• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
